The words “legendary,” “historic” and “once-in-a lifetime” are so often overused. However, in this case, words may never have been more appropriate when describing a very special program coming to NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE the evening of June 13th.
We hope you can join us for SCULLY & WOODEN For the Kids, an “Inside-the-Actor’s Studio-type program” starring Vin Scully and John Wooden and moderated by award-winning columnist T.J. Simers of the Los Angeles Times.

VIP tickets priced at $200 each will guarantee seating in the orchestra level of the theatre and include special items provided by UCLA Athletics and the Dodgers. At the generous request of the participants, and their stipulation for agreeing to take part in this historic event, all proceeds will be split between the pediatric cancer research at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles and City of Hope through ThinkCure, the official charity of the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Pediatric Cancer Program at Mattel Children’s Hospital UCLA.
To hear the philosophies, memories, reflections, observations and wisdom of perhaps the two most respected and popular individuals in the history of Los Angeles sports will be one of the most amazing and insightful events any of us will have ever attended.
